Our client is a provider of healthcare solutions. For their office in area Hannuit, they are looking for a Software Support Engineer.
Functieomschrijving
This position requires someone capable of mastering our software as a user, administrator, and debugger. By providing first and second-level support for all software-related issues, you act as a lifeline for our clients and colleagues.
• You are responsible for managing access to our software.
• You intervene via phone, email, ticket, and other means, utilizing remote control and troubleshooting tools.
• You swiftly and efficiently resolve as many issues as possible on your own. Those you cannot resolve are escalated to colleagues offering more specialized services.
• You prioritize each call and ensure follow-up to guarantee the issue is fully resolved.
• You work collaboratively with the team to deploy new versions of our software.
• You are responsible for assigned tasks: installation, server migrations, activation of interfaces with external software.
• You seek structural solutions to improve our systems and procedures.
Vereiste ervaring
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of the Windows environment
• Programming, scripting - Java is a plus
• SQL – RDBMS - Oracle and/or SQL Server
• XML, HL7 is a plus
• Languages: French and a plus is Dutch and English.
