Our client is a leading international technology company, specializing in advanced solutions for industrial automation and precision engineering. With a strong emphasis on innovation and quality, the company provides customized systems to high-end sectors including Defense, Rail, and Electric Drive technologies. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire an AM/BDM Fluid Technology. Purpose of the role is to up and cross sell into existing accounts and to develop nem business in the area of Fluid Control Systems.

Location is region Hannover.

Functieomschrijving

  • Identify and engage new customers in Germany.

  • Create strong relations with existing clients..

  • Develop a strong sales pipeline by targeting untapped sectors and accounts.

  • Translate market insights into concrete sales strategies to support business growth.

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Fluid Control needing industries.

  • Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Management to align business development efforts with company goals.

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Vereiste ervaring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fluid Technology or equivalent by experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or technical sales.

  • Strong knowledge or existing network in Fluid Control needing industries.

  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing complex sales deals.

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.

  • Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the German region.
