One of our customers is looking to hire an experienced IT Incident & Continuity Manager to safeguard key business operations and strengthen the stability of IT services. This is a new role within the company!

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that critical IT services remain available and that major disruptions are handled swiftly, effectively, and in a structured way. You coordinate major incidents, drive problem resolution, and oversee disaster recovery activities to minimize business impact and downtime.

You act as a key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management during high-pressure situations.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheersen van commerciële en contractuele risico's gedurende de volledige projectcyclus: van aanbestedingen en offertes tot uitvoering en onderhoud. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het aankoopbeleid, contractmanagement en leveranciersbeheer en draagt bij aan een duurzame en gecontroleerde bedrijfsvoering.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management.
