Job description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand GIS adoption in municipalities, cities, and emergency services.

  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor.

  • Identify client challenges and design tailored, tech-driven solutions.

  • Lead and grow a vibrant GIS user community through workshops, webinars, and events.

  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and presentations.

  • Stay ahead of sector trends to inspire and guide customers.

  • Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and align strategies.

Required experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in the government sector and/or IT solutions (solution sales background preferred).

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented drive.

  • Willingness to master GIS technology and its applications.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
