We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth in Southern Germany. This is a key strategic role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities across core industry sectors. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint by targeting prospective clients, building strong relationships, and translating technical needs into successful business deals.

Identify and engage new customers in the Southern Germany region.

Develop a strong sales pipeline by targeting untapped sectors and accounts.

Translate market insights into concrete sales strategies to support business growth.

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Defense, Rail, and Electric Drives industries.

Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Management to align business development efforts with company goals.

Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Expérience requise

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Fluid Technology.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development or technical sales.

Strong knowledge or existing network in one or more of the following sectors: Defense, Rail, or Electric Drives.

Proven track record of generating new business and closing complex sales deals.

Fluency in German and English is essential.

Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
